Next up--Tie Dye! I used the Copics Tie-Dye technique. This turned out to be so easy and fun. All you need are a couple of Copics, some rubbing alcohol, and a small paintbrush. Next time I do this, though, I will saturate the circles with a little more rubbing alcohol.
My daughter was most impressed by this technique and card. I'm definitely going to save this card and give it to her for a special occasion. I've also decided that this technique would work VERY well for my kids' friends' birthday cards. It's fun, funky, easy, and fast--just what I need for 10year old boys and 8 year old girls cards.
Hi Lori. It was fun to read all about your SAF day with your children. My sons too are away on scout camp and I enjoyed the day with my hubby. Your projects look lovely.
